The ultimate goal of this directorate is abundance mentality as opposed to scarcity mentality. Abundance Mentality is a way of viewing success as that which brings mutual benefit to all that are involved while, Scarcity Mentality views victory as success at the expense of some other people.
1) Department of Positive Reprogramming of our Subconscious Mind for Environmental Sustainability
This department deals with positive reprogramming of our subconscious mind. This means reprogramming our: perception, reason, will, intuition, memory, and imagination. Perception is the mental ability to regard, understand, or interpret reason something. Reason is the mental ability to think, understand, and form judgments logically. Will is the mental ability to select, at the moment of decision, a desire among the various desires present; it itself does not refer to any particular desire, but rather to the mechanism responsible for choosing from among one’s desires. Intuition is the mental ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning. Memory is the mental ability to store and remember information.
Imagination is the mental ability to form new ideas, or images or concepts of external objects not present to the senses.

This department is charged with the responsibility of assessing people’s reasoning ability in order to enhance their positive perception concerning environmental sustainability which will finally lead to social transformation
3) Department of Emotional Quotient for Environmental Sustainability
This department deals with emotional quotient which is the ability to understand, use, and manage one’s own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.
4) Department of Social Quotient for Environmental Sustainability
This department deals with the capacity to know oneself and to know others. Social quotient is learned and develops from experience with people and learning from success and failures in social settings. Social intelligence is the ability to understand your own and others actions. It is also known as “tact” or “common sense”, or “street smarts”. It is important interpersonal skills that will help individuals succeed in all aspects of their lives.

This department deals with the human capacity to ask questions about the ultimate meaning of life and the integrated relationship between us and the world in which we live. It results in an increase in psychological well-being of individuals as well as having a goal in their life.
6) Department of Financial Quotient for Environmental Sustainability
This department deals with the ability to obtain and manage one’s wealth by understanding how money works.
7) Department of Time Quotient for Environmental Sustainability
This department ensures that we get more results is in less time which is the key to lasting success. Time quotient measures how smart you act, not how smart you are.
